Terms of Use

The Sites and related services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of these TOU, the Privacy Policy, and the Intellectual Property Policy and other policies posted here. Your use of the Sites, including, without limitation, placing orders to purchase products from us, as available, constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular section of the Sites may also be subject to additional terms as set forth in such section ("Additional Terms"). These TOU do not include "purchase terms" to which you may be required to separately agree when making a purchase through the Sites.  In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular section of the Sites or with any terms included with any product purchased from us, then these terms shall control. 

Little Shoes Academy grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Sites and not to download or modify them, or any portion of them, except with the express written consent of Little Shoes Academy. This license does not include any derivative use of the Sites or their contents or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Little Shoes Academy and/or its affiliates without express written consent of Little Shoes Academy. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Little Shoes Academy’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Little Shoes Academy. Any unauthorized use terminates any permission or license granted by Little Shoes Academy.

If you create a link to the Sites, Little Shoes Academy grants permission to do so only as follows: Little Shoes Academy shall grant to you limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Little Shoes Academy Website, www.littleshoesacademy.com  so long as the link does not portray Little Shoes Academy, its affiliates, or their content, products, or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any Little Shoes Academy logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission of Little Shoes Academy.

 Unless otherwise specified, the Sites is for your personal and non-commercial use. Where this provision, and only this provision unless stated otherwise herein, conflicts with an agreement between Little Shoes Academy and Little Shoes Academy's business partners and customers ("Business Agreement"), the Business Agreement shall control.  

Little Shoes Academy reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices concerning use of the Sites without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and Additional Terms posted on other sections of the Sites. We will always post the latest revised date for your review. Your continued use of the Sites constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. 

Little Shoes Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or limit your access to any or all of the Sites or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to transact any business with Little Shoes Academy or to submit any personal information to Little Shoes Academy.
